90 minute corrective massage
Service Description
This massage focuses on discovering the causes and correlations to chronic pain via assessment and application of integrated massage modalities. This massage integrates Orthopedic, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Stretching. There will be a follow up with teaching comprehensive, foundational, exercises and stretches to maintain healthy joint and muscle function.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Any classes cancelled within 24 hours will be charged full price without a refund. Equipment for the class will be made available to you. Please bring a water bottle the day of class.
