Deep Tissue is designed to break up painful knots and adhesions restricting the bodies range of motion. By Applying slow, deep pressured strokes the massage therapist will utilize palm, soft fists , forearm and elbows to help alleviate acute and chronic pain in deep muscle fibers.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Any classes cancelled within 24 hours will be charged full price without a refund. Equipment for the class will be made available to you. Please bring a water bottle the day of class.
